3.5 / 5 - In the quaint little town of Auburn, we enjoyed the view of the town on the rooftop of this coffee/small bites shop as we had a taste of these paprika pickled deviled eggs. On top of the pickling, there was sweetness to the eggs from the candied, honey stone-ground mustard drizzle. This town is definitely known for its bacon, which entered the stage here with the Jalapeño bacon topping. While delicious, we wished there was a bit more horseradish to complement the sweetness of the bacon and sugary drizzle.
