5 / 5 - It seems only fitting that on our trip back to the place we met, and a year after the idea for our blog all began, that we return to Napa for our first ever 5/5 rating. There is literally nothing we would change about these deviled eggs. The blend of flavors keeps tradition of a classic deviled egg, but is by far the most perfected we have ever experienced. The filling was everything you would want, chives on top, with smoked paprika bringing it all together. The uniqueness here was the diced picked red onion between the filling and the egg white — what a touch! It added a sweetness and a mild bite, pickled and layered to perfection.
