3.5 / 5 - A generous portion of six eggs was a great start to this diner-vibe Denver location. The honey-cured bacon served on top was fantastic, and added a sweet and savory pop to these deviled eggs. The peppered relish complemented the flavor well, and added something unique that made these eggs stand out. The filling had a mild mustard taste that did not especially stand out, but the overall flavor combination was pleasant. We rated this one down slightly due to the inconsistency between eggs - one of the whites was a bit on the soggy side and another had more of a chunky filling. A good spot to check out, but didn’t blow us away.
