2/5 Eggs The balsamic and bacon are whipped into the filling rather than served as a topping which took away from their flavor and texture. The bed of arugula from the plating was bitter. The initial taste when you take your first bite was a bit strange, likely caused from the balsamic into the whip. As all the flavors and the egg melded together while continuing to eat them, the tastes blended well and was satisfying. But the whip once again left something to be desired, as the after taste of the flavor combination was sour and unpleasant. Though it was better than a Safeway deviled egg, it didn't leave us wanting more.
