2.5 / 5 Eggs. The greens were a nice tough to the typical topping expections, and the bacon added a great crunch. There was a little kick to the whip, which added to the flavor profile, but unfortunately the whip's complete flavor profile tasted very mayo-forward, drowning the other flavors in the whip. The egg was plated on a dollop of mayo, instead of a flavored aioli with complimenting seasonings, which added once again to the mayo-forward flavor.
