3.5/5 Eggs. The lobster deviled eggs were very nice. The filling was simple, but lovely. The plating was elegant. The roe didn't add a fishy taste, but instead added pretty color and texture. They were olive oil topped, which we LOVE. We would recommend one turn of salt on top before serving. Definitely use the lime it was served with.
