4.5/5 - The initial bite on these deviled eggs was PUNCHY and exciting! The egg white was perfectly cooked, and the filling perfectly creamy. The pickled radish adds a nice crunch and subtle twist of flavor. We found ourselves searching to describe the hidden savory-spice, tangy flavor within the filling, and might attribute it to the fermented chiles. The little garnish of sprout was a necessary touch and great substitute for the typical chive topping. While the plating was simple, the wood block platter and candle were a nice touch!
