4/5 Eggs. The whip's spice level was excellent. The chives added a classic texture crunch. The whip was refreshingly spicy, carried a warm taste of chili pepper, and had great consistency. It was exactly what you are looking for from a deviled egg filling. The homemade sweet pickles were wonderful and really added to the plating, which we found to be excellent. The arugula bed was fresh and not bitter.
